TermSt., LLC (“TermSt.”, “We” or “Our”) offers a web-based online software platform as a service for commercial real estate borrowers to enable borrowers to ability to electronically solicit offers from multiple lenders, select a loan, negotiate a loan, and close the loan directly with the lender.   This TermSt. Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information TermSt. collects, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. Submitting information to TermSt. is strictly voluntary.

This Privacy Policy governs our data protection practices whether we collect your personal information through our Web Site, through application software or through other means. When we collect information about you other than through our Web Site, we will first obtain your informed consent to do so, if and as required by applicable law. Unfortunately, no site, server or database is completely secure or “hacker proof.” We therefore cannot guarantee that information about you will not be disclosed, misused or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others.

TermSt. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
